How do I enquire about an experience?+
Open an experience page and select “Check dates & availability”. Your email app will open with the experience name ready to send. Include your preferred dates and any important requirements.
Are guide prices guaranteed?+
No. Guide prices help you compare ideas, but the supplier, package, availability and final price are confirmed in our reply before you make a decision.
Can I buy for someone else?+
Yes. Tell us that the experience is a gift and whether the recipient needs flexible dates or locations.
How far ahead should I plan?+
For weekends, school holidays and seasonal experiences, enquire as early as possible. Flexible weekday dates usually offer more choice.
What about accessibility or dietary needs?+
Include any requirements in your first enquiry. We will check the current venue information before confirming suitability.
Can you help me choose?+
Yes. Email hello@signaturedays.co.uk with the recipient, interests, region and budget, and we will suggest a shortlist.
